This course is important for anyone who interacts with people. Whether you are frontline staff having to deal with complaints or abusive and problematic people to high level corporate managers and executives having to manage internal employment conflicts.
We will help your staff to effectively manage conflict specific to their site. This module includes 3 separate interactive presentations which encourages participation and input and includes practical strategies for dealing with problem customers.
